Terms and Conditions

Understand the legal guidelines and service rules governing your Webilns vendor account.

Effective Date: September 28, 2026

1. Platform Agreement

By signing up for a Webilns store account, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not register a merchant store or access the platform admin dashboard.

2. Description of eCommerce SaaS

Webilns provides a multi-tenant subscription service enabling vendors to create and customize virtual storefronts on subdomains or custom domains. The platform supports inventory listings, checkout funnels, and payment routing bridges. We do not process merchant orders ourselves; each vendor store is independently governed.

3. Subscription Billing & Flat Fees

Merchants choose an annual flat subscription plan (Basic, Advanced, Ultimate). All subscription dues are collected yearly. Webilns does not collect transaction commissions on vendor sales. Billing cycles, refunds, and plan modifications are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Integrated Payment Gateways

Vendors connect their own payment processor configurations (Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU) inside the store dashboard. All customer transactions process directly through the vendor's processor account. Webilns holds no checkout funds and is not responsible for settlement delays, chargebacks, or processor suspension issues.

5. Multi-Tenant Conduct & Data Isolation

Each store partition is sandboxed. Vendors are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass tenant boundaries or scraping data from other vendor store directories. Selling prohibited, illegal, or fraudulent goods will lead to immediate store suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Webilns provides the platform “as is” without warranties of uptime, conversion performance, or specific sales volumes. We are not liable for business interruptions, loss of customer transaction histories, or payment processing disputes on storefronts.
