1. Information We Collect
When you create a merchant account with Webilns, we collect account credentials (name, email address, mobile number) and store details (store name, subdomain URL). We also collect basic analytics data regarding your dashboard sessions to improve our SaaS services.
2. Customer Storefront Data
Webilns operates as a data processor for the end-consumer checkout records submitted on your store subdomain. Each store's buyer details (addresses, phone numbers, purchase lists) are isolated inside that store's sandboxed partition. We do not sell or access your buyers' customer database profiles.
3. Payment Gateways & Tokens
Our server does not collect or cache credit card digits, UPI passwords, or card pins. When payment forms open, transactions are handled directly via secure PCI-compliant APIs from Razorpay, Cashfree, or PayU.
4. Uptime & Security Protocols
We use secure database encryption keys and sandboxed tenant partitions to block unauthorized cross-store data leakage. Access to administration dashboards requires authenticated login credentials.
5. Cookies & Analytics
Webilns uses system cookies to sustain active authentication sessions and store preference profiles. We also employ Google Analytics to map general visitor flows on our main platform website.
