1. Software Delivery Method
Webilns provides cloud-hosted eCommerce store customizer tools and multi-tenant hosting. No physical media, packaging, or storage drives are shipped. Provisioning occurs entirely electronically via online dashboard endpoints.
2. Dashboard Provisioning Time
As soon as your annual subscription payment (Basic, Advanced, Ultimate) completes via our payment processor, your database partitions and administrative account routes are created instantly. Login access is delivered immediately to your registered merchant email.
3. Custom Domain Deployment
While free store subdomains (e.g. yourstore.webilns.com) resolve instantly, custom domain routing requires DNS propagation. Depending on your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.), pointing your CNAME or A-records to Webilns can take between 2 to 24 hours to fully propagate globally.
4. Customer Orders & Shipments
Webilns does not manage logistics, item packaging, or distribution channels for orders placed on vendor subdomains. Individual store owners configure their own shipping fees and handling timelines. Buyers must address shipping questions directly to the merchant.
