1. Free Trial Period
Webilns offers trial access for merchants to configure storefront layouts and upload catalog inventories. Active payment gateway routing and custom domain connections require a paid subscription plan.
2. Subscription Cancelation
Vendors can cancel their annual subscription renewal anytime directly inside the store settings dashboard. Cancelation stops future automatic renewals. Access to the dashboard and subdomain storefront remains active until the end of the paid billing year.
3. Subscription Refunds
Since Webilns provides active cloud databases, subdomain routes, and layout builder tools immediately upon account provision, subscription payments are non-refundable. If you experience technical errors during payment setup, contact our support team to verify provisioning.
4. Buyer Storefront Disputes
Webilns is a SaaS platform provider, not a merchant. We are not responsible for refunds, chargebacks, or return requests between storefront end-buyers and vendors. End-buyers must contact the respective store owner directly.
